We believe in the quality of our offerings and strive to provide a pleasant experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with one of our product, we are interested in your feedback and can under certain conditions refund your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- The software is not functioning as intended or is significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
- You are not satisfied with the product due to usability issues or if it does not meet your expectations.
In order to proceed with refunds, you need to prove that you are the legitimate owner of a copy of our product, and that malfunctions effectively exists.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Request Process
To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email at support@artifaktnd.com. Please include your license key, a brief explanation of your reason for the request including screenshots/recording,
a summary of your operating system and hardware, and for plugins, the name and version of your DAW.
Exceptions
Please note that refunds will not be granted if:
- The software has been altered or modified in any way.
- The product has been used beyond its intended purpose.
